Atos Unify OpenScape Enterprise Solution Update Workshop V9R0 to V10R0 for Service - OSE9010UWS

This course should represent the best of Version 9 and 10. The course includes a bunch of functional enhancements which have been implemented over a period of 4 years. The service technician gains an overview of the implemented feature of the OpenScape Enterprise solution (not including UC which is a different training). Participants will be able to meet the expectations of implementing the new features and make changes and enhancements (MACs) related to the V9 / V10 Solution.

  The participant

• Knows the new OpenScape Voice V9 (Eco) solution enhancements.
• Knows the new OpenScape Voice 10R0 (Eco) solution enhancements.
• Is able to present and implement the new features to the customer.

This course creates an overview picture of V9/V10 Minor/Major Releases of the OpenScape Solution Core Komponenten OSV, SBC und OSB - with the content as follows:

• Features V9R0 (formerly class room training)
  e.g. new installation method, merge display, JITC certification and what can be used for a conventional (not milititary) system?
• Features V9R1 (formerly SVU)
  e.g. license enhancements, fallback routing, CSTA enhancements, OSB as converter
• Features V9R3 (formerly SVU)
  e.g. Linux Account Management, NCPE enhancements, Echo Canceller (EC), Apple Push Notification (APN)
• Features V9R4 (formerly SVU)
  e.g. Emergency LIN, SIPREC, SIP Service Provider enhancements
• Features V10R0 (formerly SVU)
  e.g. Composer, Upgrade and licensing CMP/OSB/SBC/DLS/OSV, OpenVMWare tools for OSV/SBC - Late featues V9R4 (Agile)
   

Adequate knowledge about the OpenScape Voice V8, OpenScape Branch V8, OpenScape SBC V8 and WebCDC - e.g.:

• OpenScape Solution Administrator (SOLADM1SCS)
• OpenScape Solution Administrator 2 (SOLADM2SCS)
• OpenScape Branch for Service (OSBADV1SCS)
• OpenScape Session Border Controller (SBCADV1SCS)
• Web Based Customer Data Collection Tool (CDCZEHESDS and/or CDCWEB1UDS)

Course does not include Unified Communication (UC) topics - this will be a different training (please request this if needed). V9R2 is also not covered, since it included only US specific features.
