This training is intended for Service personal which should install and configure the Mitel Virtual Care Collaboration Service on-site at the cusomer. In addition this training contains the connection to a HiMed System via a simulation.

• Work with the Onboarding Checklist
• HiMed Basics if in use
• Advanced Kubernetes --> Node Pod Service
• Troubleshooting (trace, logs colletion log analysis)
• Overview if the data flow between the different components (data flow)

To register for this course, you must provide proof of a valid Kubernetes certification.
