Atos Unify OpenScape Accounting Management for Service - OACOUNTSCS

OpenScape Accounting V4 is a course for the Service Personnel. The content of thecourse offers a System overview of the OpenScape Accounting V4 facilities to importpersonnel data and administer the system. After the course the participant is able toinstall and update the OpenScape Accounting, import the personnel data, collect the CDRs from the switches and the OpenScape 4000 Manager. The participant is also able to administer User Groups and Users.

The participant is able to

• Install and update the OpenScape Accounting V4.
• Handle the Configuration Wizard.
• Collect the CDRs from the OpenScpae 4000, OpenScape Voice und OpenScapeBusiness Switches.
• Import personnel data from OSV User Management, OpenScape 4000Manager/Assistant and via ODBC.
• Work with the features of the WEB-GUI and Native Client.• Know about the mixed Network Configuration.
• Handle the Gateway Statistics.
• Run Reports directly and vis the Report Scheduler.
• Administer User Groups and Users.
• Handle the ETB• Administer Guest Modul "Welcome"
• Handle the Device Management
