This course is for service oriented technicians. Objective is to introduce the new V9R1 features, as well as late V9R0 features, offered by the product house. Main topics are Single Load Line for components OSV/OSB/SBC and the new Licensing Concept. You should be able to fulfill customer expectations related to the V9R1 release.
