This course deals with the feature OpenScape Contact Center High Availability (Warm Standby). In this course we configure a Windows server cluster with Majority Node Set and File Share Witness for a OpenScape Contact Center High Availabilty Installation, install and configure OpenScape Contact Center and configure OpenScape Contact Center as a cluster resource. Database Replication is configured for OpenScape Contact Center High Availability and central reporting. Failover scenarios and maintenance aspects are discussed.
