Mitel OpenScape Contact Center Enterprise High Availability - OCCENHASCS

This course deals with the feature Mitel OpenScape Contact Center High Availability (Warm Standby). In this course we configure a Windows server cluster with Majority Node Set and File Share Witness for a Mitel OpenScape Contact Center High Availabilty Installation, install and configure Mitel OpenScape Contact Center and configure Mitel OpenScape Contact Center as a cluster resource. Database Replication is configured for Mitel OpenScape Contact Center High Availability and central reporting. Failover scenarios and maintenance aspects are discussed.
