Unify Office for Service and Partner - UOCDP+SVP

Main course focus are on the Unfiy Office implementation as a cloud service.

This course is intended for Service engineers and partner or customer administrators and will be provided as an online Training.

Learning objectives

The participant

  • knows the Architecture and Featureset Unify Office offers as a cloud based service,
  • knows the mandatory steps on how to configure and manage Unify Office Colaboration, Video and Telephony,
  • knows the basic steps of planning, designining, troubleshooting and maintaining a Unify Office customer,
  • knows the proting process to implement or migrate telephone numbers into Unify Office accounts,
  • knows the "CDP+" products UDIS and Flip-Tool offered by Unify,
  • is able to configure Unify Office via the different interfaces, like Web-App and Web Portal and
  • is able to connect physical phones to an Unfiy Office account.

    Requirements

    STI-521 Certification

    Hardware requirements on student site are:

    • IP-Infrastructure with unrestricted Internet access for
    • at least 2x Atos Unify OpenStage or CP devices with current SIP firmware
    • 1 Desktop PC or notebook with current web browser
    • Desltop PC or Laptop requires internet access and access to the devices (e.g. via switch)

    Additional information

    As local equipment you need an unrestricted broad band Internet access, as well as 2-3 CPXXX-Phones. You've to check in advance your local network security items like Firewall, http-Proxy etc. on VoIP readiness.
